Facebook: Terragraph brings mmWave gigabit connectivity to all

Our connectivity needs continue to increase as we depend more and more on wireless technologies not just to talk or text, but to work, learn, stay healthy and safe, and enjoy ourselves. This means we need higher-speed connections and more network capacity – in turn requiring a move to higher frequencies. This is where Terragraph comes in, enabling service operators, cities and enterprises to leverage the unlicensed and under-utilized 60 GHz band.
