A new US Administration begins on January 21, 2021, and with it a newly reconstituted FCC.  Monica Paolini, Senza Fili, and Mark Lowenstein, Mobile Ecosystem talked about the key priorities for the new FCC in 2021 with Louis Peraertz, WISPA, and Chris Pearson, 5G Americas joined as special guests.

Discussion topics included spectrum availability, spectrum sharing, net neutrality, Section 230, digital divide, rural coverage, Open RAN and a wider discussion on the role of the FCC to regulate communications and connectivity and the need to revisit the 1996 Telecom Act.
